What is this service?

This service removes the FRP lock (Factory Reset Protection) on Motorola phones with a Qualcomm processor, XT19 through XT26 families and newer. FRP is Google's protection that shows up after a factory reset and demands the account that was previously linked to the device. If that account is unknown, the phone is stuck on the "Verify your account" screen and unusable.

The process lifts that barrier remotely so you can set the device up again with a fresh account.

What does it cover?

  • Scope: Google (FRP) accounts on Motorola Qualcomm.
  • Models: XT19, XT20, XT21, XT22, XT23, XT24, XT25 and XT26 families and newer.
  • Coverage: worldwide.
  • Connection: FASTBOOT via USB Redirector 2.5.
  • Delivery time: 1 to 60 minutes.

Requirements

Before placing the order, have ready:

  • The device XT model.
  • The serial number (SN), entered in the Additional information field of USB Redirector.
  • For the F4 method, the IMEI to be written to the device.

How the connection is processed

  1. Download and install USB Redirector 2.5.
  2. Open it and enter the Technician ID we provide with the order.
  3. Click Connect.
  4. Plug the phone in FASTBOOT mode.
  5. Wait for the system to detect the device and request the order only when the system tells you to.

Tip: copy and paste the data exactly as shown. If the device is not detected in FASTBOOT, check the cable and drivers and use a direct USB port (no HUB).

Important conditions

  • There is no random IMEI. You must provide the IMEI to be written.
  • No warranty if you send a blacklisted IMEI or the device's own IMEI.
