What is this service?

It's a "Magic" eSIM on the Altan network that restores the signal on devices that no longer get it (for example, reported or blacklisted devices). When you activate the eSIM profile, the device gets signal and unlimited data for 7 days, plus SMS reception.

It uses Altan Redes (Mexico's wholesale network) to give you internet, even if the device is still reported.

Important: it provides data + SMS, not calls over mobile network. Your device must be eSIM compatible.

How does renewal work?

After the first month there's a monthly renewal to keep unlimited data (ask for the cost on WhatsApp). If not renewed, the device keeps signal but no longer unlimited data; to reactivate them you order the data activation again.

Top-ups and renewals are only done from the official site or with support. Not at stores, Oxxo, third-party apps or other sellers.

How long does it take?
