AT&T Mexico eSIM with balance — instant delivery (QR)

What is this service?

An AT&T Mexico eSIM (digital SIM) delivered by QR code, with preloaded gift balance and instant delivery. You can choose CDMX area code (56) or all area codes subject to availability.

Requirements

• An eSIM-compatible phone (if you see the EID code, it is compatible).
• It must be AT&T Mexico or unlocked, with a report-free IMEI.
• Have WiFi when adding the eSIM. The QR is scanned only once.

How is it installed?

Go to Settings → Cellular → Add data plan → scan the QR, add the plan and set it as the default line.

How long does it take?

Instant delivery (1–60 min). Service hours 11:00 to 19:00, Monday to Sunday (Mexico time); outside those hours it is released when the service reactivates.

Important conditions

• If you restore or update the phone, the eSIM will most likely be erased and you must order a new one.
• The included top-up is requested within 48 hours of delivery.
• No refund for a bad installation or causes outside the instructions.

Does it work on any phone? Only on eSIM-compatible and AT&T MX or unlocked phones, with a report-free IMEI.

What if I factory reset? The eSIM is usually erased; you would need to order a new one.
