Removes the Movistar payment-app lock for missed payments (MDM / KG Locked / IT Admin), directly from the system.

Instructions

  1. Enter your IMEI.
  2. Wait for confirmation.
  3. Once confirmed, connect to a WiFi network and restart your device.

(No warranty in case of drops.)

Important

  • Only the Movistar debt app is accepted. Do not submit if it is PayJoy, Macro Pay or another app.
  • Wednesdays offline: if you submit that day, your order is processed the next day.
  • Business hours: 11:00 to 18:00.
  • No cancellations in case of delays.
  • If you submit an IMEI from another carrier, or if the on-screen lock does not say Movistar, there are no warranties, cancellations or refunds.
