What is this service?
IMEI repair (CPID) and network unlock for Samsung devices, done remotely over USB. It covers two cases: restoring the IMEI on devices where it became damaged or null —so the device regains signal— and carrier unlock.
Which models are covered?
- S23 series: S23, S23+ and S23 Ultra (the S23 FE is not supported). IMEI repair via CPID with an EDL cable.
- A/M range: A01 Core, A01, A11, A14, A21, A02, A02S, A03, A03S, A03 Core, A04, M01, M01S, M11, M21, M02, M02S and A22. Unlock + IMEI/CPID repair. (A02 and A032M are processed on server 2.)
How is it done?
It is a remote process over USB: on the A/M range the technician connects to your PC IP with USB Redirector; on the S23 series an EDL cable and Download Mode on Windows are used.
Requirements and checks
- The VOID (warranty) field must be 0 (0x0); if it says 1, it does not apply.
- The MIPI field must read SUCCESS.
- MXO provider devices (and on the A/M range also TCE/MXD) are not supported.
- For the A/M range photos are required: IMEI status, VOID 0x0, speedtest and the software info with the provider version.
Important conditions
- Once in the queue it cannot be cancelled.
- The price may change depending on the security patch.
- No refund or warranty if you submit an unsupported device or do not send the required photos.
