What is this service?

Delivery of the network unlock code (NCK) for AT&T Mexico Android devices. Any device status is accepted: with debt, financed, blocked or similar. It is a code-based service — no remote connection required.

Which brands qualify?

Every Android brand sold by AT&T Mexico: Motorola, Huawei, Oppo, Xiaomi, Honor and more. Samsung also qualifies, by code only (the unlock app is not supported).

Have an iPhone? That device uses a different service: Unlock iPhone AT&T Mexico.

Does it work if the phone has debt or is financed?

Yes. The service accepts any status: debt, financed, blocked or blacklist.

How long does the code take?

Estimated code delivery is 1 to 120 minutes, as long as the provider is online. The maximum service window is 72 hours.

How do I use the NCK code?

  1. Get your IMEI by dialing *#06#.
  2. Order the service with the correct IMEI and model.
  3. When you receive the code, insert a SIM card from another carrier (Telcel, Movistar, etc.).
  4. The phone will ask for the network unlock code: enter the NCK and it will be unlocked.

Service conditions

  • Enter the IMEI and model correctly: no refunds for wrongly submitted data or for non-AT&T devices.
  • The code is delivered within the stated time as long as the provider is online.
  • The service manages obtaining the code from the provider; entering it correctly on the device is the user's responsibility.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to hand over my phone or plug it into a computer? No. It is a code service: you order remotely with your IMEI and type the code on the phone itself.

Is unlocking my phone legal in Mexico? Yes. Device unlocking is a user right recognized by the IFT.

How is this different from asking AT&T directly? AT&T's own process requires a completed contract term and no outstanding debt; this service accepts the device in any status.
